Difference between a DevOps and a Mobile DevOps lifecycle

The usual DevOps cycle includes the following steps: planning, building, continuous integration, deployment, operation and feedback. The Mobile DevOps lifecycle is different to it. What happens in the Shipping step?

1- Once the changes are finalised this step comes in action. 
2- The new changes are first tried out by beta users.

What happens in the Monitoring step?

This stage involves tracking of multiple things. Know what is all tracked:

1- App consumption (resources app is consuming)
2- App usage
3- Responsiveness (The time taken by the app to load and switch between screens)
4- How the users interact with the app via custom events.
